Returns and Exchanges

Tambora Exchange is committed to our customers 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with the purchase you can send it back at no charge within 5 days after you receive it and we will give you a store credit. We offer exchanges or store credit as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our store credits are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online or at our Tambora Exchange location.                 

STORE CREDIT: Online Store Credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be returned for a refund to the original form of payment once it has been issued. An email will be sent with instructions on how to access or apply your store credit. 

Buyers assume all return/exchange shipping costs unless we made a mistake. Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.

Ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the items is yours once delivered. 

Once returned, your items will be processed in the next 1-2 business days. We will either ship items out we have pulled back for the exchange along with a confirmation call letting you know your item has shipped. Or we will put your credit on file.
